Requirements and Skills
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as quality management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Manage project risks and issues, identifying and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance and support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in project management methodologies and processes.
• You have to ensure that you are running scrum meetings, updating management of proper status, including velocity and any improvements the team can make.
• Experience in running scrums and scrum of scrums as a scrum master and implementing agile practices in the project/program management.
• Excellent knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes and operations planning.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Knowledge in software audit
• Experience in tracking & reporting organization metrices.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and auditing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Detailed-oriented with excellent observation skills
• Proficiency in auditing methodologies and documentation practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality enhancement initiatives and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization’s quality processes align with the latest standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
