Job Summary

As a R&D Project manager in Genrobotics, you will be involved in oversees and drives the progress of

projects focused on innovation, product development, or new technology, including developing cross-functional resource/budget estimates, project planning, execution and monitorization. Genrobotics is seeking a R&D Project manager to help enable autonomous robotics applications and enhance

human-Robot interactions.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Align project goals with broader company R&D strategies.
Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
Act as the main point of contact between the R&D team, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Negotiate shared objectives with cross-functional team members.
Define program and individual project success criteria and objectives.
Communicate project milestones, risks, and updates.
Monitor projects, create and maintain summary scorecards capturing project status.
Ensure alignment between technical teams and business goals.
Identify potential risks and roadblocks.
Develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progress.
Adjust plans proactively to avoid delays.
Foster collaboration between different departments like Purchase, production, business team, O&M team and product development team.
Report financial progress to senior leadership through monthly progress reports or similar reporting formats.
Ensure all R&D projects meet regulatory requirements.
Monitor project compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping teams focused on priorities.
Create and implement standard operating procedures for streamlining the project execution.
Ensure optimal utilization of human resources across various projects by applying effective project management techniques.
Creating workflow and process flow for the successful completion of the project.

Skills Required
Team management.
Strong technical background.
Agile project management tools.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical or any technology related field.

Additional Qualification
Experienced as manager in any Robotics based R&D firms.
Preferred additional courses in PMP

Experience : 4 to 8 years.
