Job description
Job Responsibilities:
• Sourcing Candidates: Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Job Posting & Advertising: Create and post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, company website, etc.) to attract qualified applicants.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles for various roles.
• Candidate Management: Manage candidate pipelines and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to job offer.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Market & Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve hiring strategies.
Experience – 2-4 years
Qualification – MBA
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
