JOB DESCRIPTION

LOCATION: Malappuram, Kannur, Kozhikode(IMMEDIATE JOINING)- FEMALE

Duties & Responsibilities

District /Regional Sales Head(Malappuram, Kannur and Kozhikode) is responsible for

· Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

· Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

· Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.

· Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

· Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

· Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.

· Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

· Identifying new sales and marketing channels and technologies as well as finding the best solutions to promote the business.

· Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

· Implement & report on S&M strategy progress.

· Social media strategy and implementation.

· Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with important clients

· Engaging with key stakeholders within the business and externally in relation to sales and marketing functions.

· Taking a significant role in the identification and development of new products & assessment of current range performance.

· Developing internal and external marketing materials and initiatives.

SALARY PACKAGE: in hand Rs. 55000; CTC 67K+other allowances TOTAL Rs. 92000 plus Attractive Incentive structure. Other benefits like medical ,yearly bonus, paid CL,PL and bonus leave can be availed.

DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST- 2/4WHEELS

Work timings – 9.00am -5.30pm(Mon -Sat)
