Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
CTC: ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Location: General Hospital Junction, Trivandrum
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in marketing and will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers, building relationships, and ensuring business growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products/services.
• Identify and target potential customers to generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and events.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Track and report sales performance and marketing metrics.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve set targets.
• Participate in networking and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
• Assist with creating content for marketing materials.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
