Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager at Nice Coffee LLC will be responsible for leading sales initiatives while developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth. The role requires a dynamic individual with experience in FMCG, particularly in the coffee industry, to manage a team, build strong customer relationships, and increase market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s market share.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management review.
• Ensure proper stock management and order fulfillment for customers.
• Train and mentor sales team members to enhance performance.

Marketing Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Nice Coffee products.
• Manage social media, online presence, and digital marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional materials and advertisements.
• Organize trade shows, promotional events, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and industry trends.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or the coffee industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand promotion.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and marketing tools.
• UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
