Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive to promote and sell our new subscription plan for home appliances. This plan, priced at ₹500 for 12 months, includes a monthly lucky draw contest for customers. Your primary role will be to drive sales, educate customers about the benefits of the plan, and increase participation through effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell the ₹500 subscription plan to customers. Educate customers on the benefits and rules of the monthly lucky draw contest. Engage with walk-in customers and convert inquiries into subscriptions. Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales. Maintain records of customer subscriptions and feedback. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the team to implement promotional activities. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in retail or home appliances. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with customers. Self-motivated and target-driven. Basic knowledge of marketing and customer engagement strategies.
