SATSMED Enterprises is a supplier of high-quality fabrics including bedsheets, towels, mattresses, and other related products to the hospitality and healthcare sectors. We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, specifically targeting hotels and hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the textile needs of these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Target Prospects: Identify potential customers in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, including hotels, hospitals, and clinics.

Sales Development: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and relevant stakeholders.

Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate our range of fabrics, including bedsheets, towels, mattresses, and other related products, highlighting their benefits and suitability for the clients needs.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals while ensuring profitability.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales progress, and revenue targets.

Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the hospitality and healthcare sectors.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in textiles, fabrics, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of the hospitality and healthcare sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required.
