Role Overview:
The Team Lead – Sales plays a pivotal role in driving enrollments for SLBS Marklance’s courses. As a leader, you will manage a team of sales executives, strategize to achieve targets, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve enrollment targets for logistics and warehouse management courses.
• Guide the team in converting leads into student enrollments by following up on inquiries and applications.
• Monitor team performance and provide training to enhance sales skills and knowledge of course offerings.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Digital Marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Develop and implement action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment goals.
• Conduct team meetings to review progress, share updates, and address challenges.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, leads, and enrollment data.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
• Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving targets.
