Job Title: Senior Analyst – Accounts Payable

Location: Kochi

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst – Accounts Payable to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and providing financial analysis and support.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Accounts Payable function, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment execution – Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements – Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management – Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders – Collaborate with other finance teams to ensure seamless financial operations – Identify process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance – Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a lead role – Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices – Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines – Proficient in accounting software
