Job Title: Senior Estimation and Project Manager – Civil Engineering

Location: Kochi, Kaloor

Industry: Civil Maintenance Projects

Experience: 4+ years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and timelines

– Lead project teams and ensure timely completion

– Oversee site management, civil maintenance, and quality control

– Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and clients

– Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:

– B.Tech in Civil Engineering

– 4+ years of experience in civil site management, estimation, and team management

– Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
