Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll, including salary computation, deductions, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports as per labor laws.
• Maintain payroll records, employee data, and attendance reconciliation.
• Handle employee queries related to salary and benefits.
• Liaise with finance and other departments for smooth payroll processing.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and legal compliance procedures.
• Keep updated on labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.
• Support HR policies related to compensation, benefits, and employee welfare.
