Cyrix Health Care is looking for Senior HR Executive – PMS

Roles and Responsibilities :
• PMS Implementation: Manage the Performance Management System, including setting up performance goals and objectives for employees.
• Performance Appraisals: Coordinate the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely reviews, feedback, and discussions between managers and employees.
• Data Analysis: Analyze PMS data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with HR and department heads to refine the PMS processes and align them with organizational goals.
• Employee Feedback: Gather feedback from employees regarding the PMS process and suggest improvements.
