Overview of Job Role:

This role will involve entire gamut of green field projects coming up in Ahmedabad ( Sanand) location. The person needs to take care of the project activities till the plant is functional and regular production activities are streamlined.

Key Competencies:
Engineering Precision machine selection knowledge with latest available Technology. Engineering Process Knowledge to select efficient machine and Process cycle. Fixturing and necessary Tool selection Knowledge. Installation knows how with necessary utilities required for Operational excellence Automation knowledge to control the Component Quality during process Clarity in Inspection Criteria linked with sequence of machining. Shall have Knowledge on Designing efficient Layout by Process mapping. Shall have knowledge on Safety Features, Government regularities for Waste Treatment and disposal plan Shall have adequate work knowledge on process re-engineering and efficient process planning Responsible for Technical Operation, Production, planning, vendor development with follow up, R&D, Costing, projects management, Quality, Design, installation and expansion of operation. Responsible for Production planning and accountable for optimal utilization of all resources including manpower, machinery and raw materials. Identifying potential bottlenecks and deviations, implementation of corrective action to ensure that production targets are met within stipulated time and budget constraints. Handling project planning, execution, erection and commissioning, monitor site work, ensure that work is done in accordance with project manuals and drafted drawing. Efficient in identifying and developing cost effective vendor/supplier base for cost effective procurement of material, spares and consumables .Maintained follow up with Suppliers to ensure proper delivery. Taking care of all activities related to manufacturing and expansion Project like Machine Selection, Process Selection, Layout Decision, Material and Process flow, System Implementation, Manpower Recruitment.

Qualification- BE – Mechanical

Experience: 16-20 years
