Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic Healthcare/MedTech, Automotive team in our Smart Technology Center in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, system integration, and a passion for improving healthcare or Automotive through innovative technology solutions. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and healthcare IT professionals, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Design and Development: Own the design, development, and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions.
· System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of various healthcare systems and platforms.
· Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
· Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for software development and ensure high-quality code and system performance.
· Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
· Communication and Collaboration: Help seamless communication within the team, provide regular updates and reports to client and Project Managers on project status and deliverables.

– 3 to 6 YoE in software development, preferably in the healthcare or MedTech industry
– At least 2 years of working experience in healthcare Domain
– Expertise in OOPs concept and programming languages such as Java, C++, or C#
– Understanding of below sub domains and expertise in anyone.
o Electronic Health records (EHR)
o Medical Imaging
o Healthcare Analytics
o Medical Device software
– Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry. (HIPAA, DICOM, HL7, GDPR, ISO)
– Experience in creating and maintaining applications based on DICOM Standard

– 3 to 6 YoE in software development with a focus on Android-based HMI development for automotive applications.
– At least 3 years of working experience in Automotive Domain
– Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Kotlin. Experience with Android-based HMI development, AUTOSAR based application development, and automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet). Knowledge of infotainment systems, digital cockpits, and software-defined vehicles is essential.
– Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and other relevant tools. Knowledge of embedded systems and hardware interfaces is a plus.
