Job description
1. Process Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
2. Generate Invoices and Bills: Generate invoices and bills for customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Manage Billing Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records, including sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
4. Manage Cash Float: Manage cash float, ensuring sufficient funds are available for daily transactions.
5. Reconcile Cash Transactions: Reconcile cash transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
5. Maintain Store Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date store records, including sales reports, inventory levels, and customer data.
6. Perform Daily Closing Procedures: Perform daily closing procedures, including reconciling cash transactions, counting inventory, and securing the store.
7. Assist with Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting inventory counts.
8. Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
9. Audit and Review: Assist with internal and external audits, as well as reviews of financial statements.
10. Accounting Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and spreadsheets.
11. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
