Role Overview:
We seek a customer-focused & tech-savvy professional to provide Software support. This role involves resolving internal queries, troubleshooting software issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring smooth operations of Software.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide technical support via phone, email & chat.
✅ Troubleshoot & resolve LogiSys ERP software issues.
✅ Manage complaints within turnaround time (TAT).
✅ Build strong customer relationships & ensure satisfaction.
✅ Monitor tickets, escalate unresolved issues & coordinate with internal teams.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
✔ 2-5 years in IT/software support or logistics (freight forwarding, customs clearance, etc.).
✔ Technical expertise in troubleshooting ERP.
✔ Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
