Job description
Key Responsibilities of a Solar PV Project Coordinator:
# Develop project timelines, schedules, and milestones.
# Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
# Track project progress and address delays or risks.
# Work with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality standards.
# Monitor inventory and logistics to avoid project delays.
# Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
# Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
# Address on-site challenges and provide solutions in real-time.
# Ensure the project adheres to local government regulations and policies.
# Obtain necessary permits and approvals for installation and grid connectivity.
# Maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks.
# Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
# Provide regular updates to project managers .
# Conduct site meetings and resolve conflicts or issues.
# Ensure proper installation and commissioning of the PV system.
# Work with technical teams to resolve issues and optimize system efficiency.
# Maintain project records, reports, and documentation for future reference.
# Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on project status.
