Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Conduct workforce planning to align staffing needs with business goals.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and open communication.
Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Develop and implement policies that promote employee well-being and productivity.
Performance Management & Learning Development:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee growth and organizational success.
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Coach and mentor managers on effective people management strategies.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
Develop competitive compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Legal Compliance & HR Policies:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
Manage employee documentation, contracts, and performance records securely.
Administration Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
Ensure a safe and organized work environment for all employees.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and workplace compliance standards.
Manage corporate legal documentation and liaise with external agencies when required.
Vendor & Asset Management:
Supervise procurement and vendor negotiations for office equipment, travel arrangements, and other administrative services.
Maintain an inventory of company assets and ensure their proper utilization.
Event Management:
Plan and organize company events, meetings, and corporate gatherings to boost employee engagement and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential matters.
