Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to help us source, screen, and recruit talented professionals across various departments in our EdTech business. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, an understanding of the EdTech industry, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
Source, identify, and attract top talent for various roles across the organization, including but not limited to instructional designers, content creators, developers, and customer support professionals.
• End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand department-specific hiring needs and provide strategic advice to attract the best-fit candidates.
• Employer Branding:
Contribute to the development of SLBS Marklance’s employer brand by showcasing the company as an employer of choice in the EdTech space.
• Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely communication and feedback.
• Data-Driven Reporting:
Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and strategy.
• Industry Insight:
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience:
2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the EdTech or tech industry.
• Recruitment Expertise:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sourcing tools is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Educational Background:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Detail-Oriented:
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in recruiting for EdTech, technology, or similar industries.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms, content development, and instructional design roles.
