Responsibilities
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer and onboarding for team members.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements
• Design and implement scalable microservices using Python and its frameworks. (Like FastAPI, etc.)
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to deploy, manage, and scale microservices in a containerized environment.
• Work with relational databases to design and optimize database schemas for microservices. (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Implement caching strategies using Redis to enhance application performance.
• Develop and maintain asynchronous processing systems in Python for efficient data handling.
