We are looking for an experienced Lead Accounting Advisor to join our team at Finanshels.com. You will play a key role in our firm by leading and managing a sizable team of 50-100 accountants.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department
• Coordinate and supervise the work of the accounting team
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants
• Deliver advisory services to startups and similar businesses
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Communicate and present financial information effectively to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA certification is preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role in an accounting firm or startup environment
• Experience managing a large team of accountants
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
