Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of tour guides, coordinators, and operational staff to ensure the successful execution of tours.
Target Achievement: Set clear, measurable performance goals for the team, including sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency. Monitor progress and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Tour Scheduling: Develop and maintain tour schedules based on customer demand, available resources, and seasonality. Ensure that tours are well-planned, with all logistics in place (transportation, accommodations, guides, etc.).
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure all tours are delivered to the highest standards of customer service, providing guests with memorable experiences. Address any customer feedback or concerns promptly.
Operational Planning & Execution: Oversee the preparation and execution of daily tours, ensuring adherence to planned itineraries and timelines.
Budget & Resource Management: Monitor and control costs related to tour operations, ensuring tours are within budget without compromising on quality. Ensure the team is appropriately resourced for peak periods.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to the team on new tour offerings, best practices, and customer service expectations. Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate promotion of tours, handle customer inquiries, and convert leads into bookings.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly review team performance against targets, and generate reports on operational results. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Address operational challenges, including changes to tour itineraries, customer complaints, and staff concerns. Ensure swift resolution to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Tour Guide Support: Support and supervise tour guides, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to lead successful and enjoyable tours.
Educational Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Additional certifications or training in travel management, leadership, or customer service are an asset.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
