Key Responsibilities
• Handle Customer Queries: Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain Call Records: Document important details from each conversation.
• Assist the Sales Team: Transfer leads to the sales team for closure.
• Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential or existing customers using predefined scripts.
• Product Promotion: Inform customers about offers, services, and new updates.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies and quality guidelines.
• Customer Retention: Call existing or inactive customers of Karamana to encourage purchases.
• Data Management: Update and maintain customer contact details.
Requirements
• Proven experience in telesales or customer service in Karamana or Kerala (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different communication styles
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
