Job Title: Turkish Language Expert – Voice Process (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: ₹7,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum

Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts with two weekly offs

Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a Turkish Language Expert to join our remote voice process team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Turkish and English and be capable of handling customer interactions effectively in a virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide voice-based customer support to Turkish-speaking clients.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.

Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.

Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills:

B2 level or higher proficiency in Turkish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good command of English for internal communication.

Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role is preferred.

Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment from home.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.

A stable internet connection and a quiet work environment for remote work.
