Job description
ABATE AS, a dynamic healthcare organization headquartered in North Kerala, operates eye hospitals, optical stores, and educational institutions across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. We are committed to providing world-class eye care services and education to the community. We are currently hiring a Zoho CRM and Analytics Specialist.
The Zoho CRM and Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver regular and ad-hoc data, reporting, and analytics requests.
Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights.
Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Develop high-quality reports and dashboards with self-service capabilities and packaged insights.
Write advanced SQL queries to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
Advocate for data quality and work closely with teams to enhance data processes and solutions.
Collaborate with leadership to understand data requirements and provide tailored data-driven solutions.
Experience
Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics, including creating complex reports and dashboards.
Extensive experience in data analysis and providing insights in dynamic, fast-paced organizations.
Strong ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders to understand goals and address challenges.
Familiarity with various technology platforms and business systems, including CRM tools like Zoho CRM and SAP.
Proficient in Excel/Zoho Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications in data analytics or CRM systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience in creating reports and dashboards.
Requirements
Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics is mandatory.
Ability to deliver high-quality analytical reports and insights consistently.
